February 28, 1970 Schedule: THE LAST MAN ON EARTH 12:30AM
On this evening, Bob Wilkins showed the classic Vincent Price film, THE LAST MAN ON EARTH (1964), which was based on the Richard Matheson novel, I Am Legend, and it was remade twice: THE OMEGA MAN (with Charlton Heston) & more recently I AM LEGEND (with Will Smith).

According to the SF Chronicle, the movie this night was TRACK OF THE VAMPIRE. I know you're using the TV Guide as the source of this data, and I've always found the Guide to be a much more reliable than the Chronicle (which often got it wrong); on the other hand, I seem to remember seeing TRACK OF THE VAMPIRE on 7 Arts Theater not long before Bob left the show, so I wonder... Of course, there's no way to know for sure!
