June 28, 1969 Schedule: "Mask Of The Gorilla" and "Konga" 11:30PM

On this evening, BOB WILKINS showed 2 Ape Films, One Lesser Known French Film and a more Well Known One. The first movie was THE MASK OF THE GORILLA (1958) aka LE GORILLE VOUS SALVE BIEN. Can't find any info whatsoever on this film. Don't know if this was ever released on Video or DVD?

The other film shown was KONGA (1961) which was written by HERMAN COHEN and starred MICHAEL GOUGH. It was released by AIP and is available readily on DVD from MGM HOME ENTERTAINMENT.

For Bay Area Fans, You can catch CI soon on KFTY-50 Santa Rosa (Comcast Channel 199 in the Bay Area Only). However, THE BEST LOCALLY PRODUCED SHOW IN SACRAMENTO continues its trend of not being seen in Sacramento. Let's hope that KMAX-31 will consider AMGTV for its Digital Secondary Channel.

Tonight, The Double Features that BOB WILKINS started in the Fall of 1966, has returned or at least during the Summer of 1969. On this evening on KCRA-TV Channel 3, Bob showed the Double Feature of THE AMAZING TRANSPARENT MAN and INVISIBLE CREATURE.
